Diversity commitments

Gopsco recruits from underrepresented communities, publishes quarterly representation metrics, and maintains inclusive delivery practices embedded throughout service lines.

Recruit for diversity

Partnerships with HBCU programs, Indigenous technology training cohorts, neurodivergent talent networks, and community colleges. Blind resume reviews eliminate bias in initial screening.

Publish metrics

Quarterly representation reports covering gender, race/ethnicity, disability status, and neurodiversity. Metrics include hiring, promotion rates, and retention across all levels.

Inclusive facilitation

All delivery leads complete inclusive facilitation training covering trauma-informed practices, neurodiversity accommodations, and cultural competency. Refreshers conducted annually.

Indigenous governance

Community consent protocols for programmes affecting Indigenous communities. Land acknowledgements embedded into documentation with links to sovereignty movements and reparations funds.

Measurement & accountability

Quarterly pulse surveys

Anonymous surveys covering inclusion, psychological safety, and accommodation effectiveness. Results reviewed by leadership with 30-day action plans for identified gaps.

Accessibility scorecards

WCAG 2.1 AA compliance measured via automated Lighthouse audits (target ≥ 95) plus manual screen reader and keyboard navigation testing. Remediation SLA: 14 days for critical issues.

Language audits

Semi-annual audits reviewing documentation and interfaces for ableist, racist, or exclusionary language. Automated linting tools flag violations during development.

DEI retrospectives

Programme retrospectives include DEI assessment covering representation on delivery squads, accessibility outcomes, and inclusive practice adherence. Findings incorporated into future bids.
